Look Good. Feel Good. Do Good.

It all starts with a t-shirt and a hat. If you’ve never heard of MatchBack, you are truly missing out on something phenomenal. Long story short, this organization cares about our underprivileged youth and wants to make sure each of them has something special and new that they can wear and be proud of.

Basically, the way it works is, when you buy a bundle, they give a bundle to a teen in need. How cool is that?! They have an entire network already set up with charitable mentoring organizations, foster care service providers, group homes, school administration, coaches, counselors, case managers, social workers, U.S. Military Officer organizations, Police/Sheriff departments, and other nonprofit children’s charities.

Isn’t it so true that when we get to show off a brand new outfit, it almost changes the way we go about our entire day? We walk with more confidence, and overall, it just makes us feel good!  For some of these kids, all they know is hand-me downs and clothing from Goodwill. With a significance far greater than just a t-shirt or hat, each bundle gifted to a youth works to build confidence and self-worth while serving as a reminder that they are cared for.

The cool thing about these bundles are that they change each month! Meaning, when you sign up for a subscription, you can expect a new bundle each month with high quality t-shirts and hats. This month, MatchBack partnered with Sevenly.org to distribute the fabulous items shown here!

When I received my bundle, I was so excited to see what was inside. I was blown away by the quality of the items, and it made me feel so good to know that somewhere around the world, there’s a teen in need that was probably feeling the same way! The t-shirts are so incredibly soft, and I’m pretty sure my hubby has already stolen BOTH hats. 😉

Every year for Christmas, I’ve adopted the “White Envelope” tradition as a gift for my husband. If you’ve never heard of the White Envelope, you can read more about it here. Long story short, I choose an organization or individual group in need to donate in his name for Christmas, and hide it in a white envelope on our tree! It’s become such a special tradition between the two of us, and it’s one of the most anticipated gifts of the year on Christmas morning.  I know that this year for sure, I’ll be “adopting” Matchback.org because it’s such an amazing cause [shh, don’t tell!].
